Golden Potato Delights

Let’s embark on a culinary journey to India with our recipe – Mashed Potato Fingers.   1. Potatoes – 4 large
  2. Corn Flour – 2 tablespoons
  3. Salt – as per health
  4. Red Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
  5. Oregano – 1 teaspoon
  6. Oil for Frying
  7. Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
  8. Fine Chopped Coriander Leaves – 2 teaspoon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until they’re soft. Drain, cool, and mash them thoroughly.
  2. To the mashed potatoes, add corn flour, salt, red chili powder, oregano, bread crumbs, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
  3. Shape the potato mixture into fingers.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the potato fingers until golden brown. Be careful not to crowd the pan.
  5. Remove the fried potato fingers onto a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dip. Your Mashed Potato Fingers are now ready to be devoured!
