Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour – 4 cup
- Salt – ½ tbsp.
- Chopped Tomato – 1 cup
- Chopped Onion – 1 cup
- Chopped Capsicum – 1 cup
- Steamed Sweet Corns – 1 cup
- Black Pepper – ½ tbsp.
- Hot Spices/Garam Masala – ¼ tbsp.
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.
- Oregano seasoning – ½ tsp.
- Green Chili – 1/2 tbsp.
- Oil – for frying
- Maggie masala ae magic – 1/3 tbsp. (optional)
- Butter (for white sauce) – 2 tbsp.
- All Purpose Flour (for white sauce) – 1 ½ tbsp.
- Milk (for white sauce) – 1 cup
- Pinch of salt (for white sauce)
- Pinch of white sugar (for white sauce)
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, take 4 cups of all-purpose flour. Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons oil in it and knead it.
- We will cover the kneaded flour for 15 minutes and keep it.
- Now we have to put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add 1 cup of chopped onions, 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of finely chopped capsicum, and 1 cup of sweet corn seeds, and fry it.
- After lightly roasting the vegetables, we have to add 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. hot spices, maggi masala, oregano, and 1/2 tsp. green chili.
- Now mix all these ingredients with the vegetables and stir them for 2 minutes.
- To make the white sauce, we will take a pan Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in it, along with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
- Now, with a light hand, the flour has to be mixed well with the butter. And slowly add milk to it and stir.
- Simultaneously, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar to it and stir it until it becomes thick.
- Our white sauce is ready for McPuffs.
- Now we have to roll the flour dough into a circular shape. After this, with the help of a knife, it is to be cut into 2 parts in the rectangle.
- The mixture of vegetables is to be spread in the middle of the long side of the flour. Next, pour half a teaspoon of white sauce over the mixture. Now we will place the second rectangular part of the flour on top of it.
- Now we have to join its edge and connect it to all four sides with the help of a fork.
- After this, we have to heat the oil in a pan. Fry the McPuffs on a low flame till golden brown.
- Have our hot and delicious McPuff ready to eat with tomato sauce.
