Yummious McPuff

Ingredients

  1. All Purpose Flour – 4 cup
  2. Salt – ½ tbsp.
  3. Chopped Tomato – 1 cup
  4. Chopped Onion – 1 cup
  5. Chopped Capsicum – 1 cup
  6. Steamed Sweet Corns – 1 cup
  7. Black Pepper – ½ tbsp.
  8. Hot Spices/Garam Masala – ¼ tbsp.
  9. Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.
  10. Oregano seasoning – ½ tsp.
  11. Green Chili – 1/2 tbsp.
  12. Oil – for frying
  13. Maggie masala ae magic – 1/3 tbsp. (optional)
  14. Butter (for white sauce) – 2 tbsp.
  15. All Purpose Flour (for white sauce) – 1 ½ tbsp.
  16. Milk (for white sauce) – 1 cup
  17. Pinch of salt (for white sauce)
  18. Pinch of white sugar (for white sauce)

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, take 4 cups of all-purpose flour. Mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons oil in it and knead it.
  2. We will cover the kneaded flour for 15 minutes and keep it.
  3. Now we have to put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add 1 cup of chopped onions, 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of finely chopped capsicum, and 1 cup of sweet corn seeds, and fry it.
  4. After lightly roasting the vegetables, we have to add 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp. black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. hot spices, maggi masala, oregano, and 1/2 tsp. green chili.
  5. Now mix all these ingredients with the vegetables and stir them for 2 minutes.
  6. To make the white sauce, we will take a pan Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in it, along with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
  7. Now, with a light hand, the flour has to be mixed well with the butter. And slowly add milk to it and stir.
  8. Simultaneously, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar to it and stir it until it becomes thick.
  9. Our white sauce is ready for McPuffs.
  10. Now we have to roll the flour dough into a circular shape. After this, with the help of a knife, it is to be cut into 2 parts in the rectangle.
  11. The mixture of vegetables is to be spread in the middle of the long side of the flour. Next, pour half a teaspoon of white sauce over the mixture. Now we will place the second rectangular part of the flour on top of it.
  12. Now we have to join its edge and connect it to all four sides with the help of a fork.
  13. After this, we have to heat the oil in a pan. Fry the McPuffs on a low flame till golden brown.
  14. Have our hot and delicious McPuff ready to eat with tomato sauce.
