- Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- All-purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
- Coriander Leaves (fine chopped) – 1/2 tbs
Cooking Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled sweet corn, minced soya chunks, salt, red chili powder, hot spices, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Shape the mixture into cutlet-sized patties.
- Make a thin batter using all-purpose flour and water.
- Dip each cutlet in the batter, then roll them in the breadcrumbs for a crispy coating.
- Heat oil in a pan, and fry the cutlets until they are golden brown.
- Once done, remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
