Ingredients
- Potatoes – 8 piece
- Peas – 70 gm / 15 t0 20 buds
- Brown/White Bread – 2 slices
- Corn/Rice Floor – 5 tbsp.
- Salt – As per your taste
- Black Pepper – ½ tbsp.
- Mixed Herbs – 1 tbsp.
- Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp.
- Oil – for frying
Cooking Instructions
- Firstly, Boil and Peel the potatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Crumble the brown/white bread slices into the bowl with the boiled potatoes.
- Add the corn/rice floor, mashed peas, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, chopped coriander, and salt to the potato mixture and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into thick rings and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip each ring into the batter, coating it well, and carefully place it into the hot oil.
- Fry the rings until they are golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the rings from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
