Crispy Potato Rings

Ingredients

  1. Potatoes – 8 piece
  2. Peas – 70 gm / 15 t0 20 buds
  3. Brown/White Bread – 2 slices
  4. Corn/Rice Floor – 5 tbsp.
  5. Salt – As per your taste
  6. Black Pepper – ½ tbsp.
  7. Mixed Herbs – 1 tbsp.
  8. Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp.
  9. Oil – for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. Firstly, Boil and Peel the potatoes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Crumble the brown/white bread slices into the bowl with the boiled potatoes.
  3. Add the corn/rice floor, mashed peas, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, chopped coriander, and salt to the potato mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into thick rings and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Dip each ring into the batter, coating it well, and carefully place it into the hot oil.
  7. Fry the rings until they are golden brown on both sides, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  8. Remove the rings from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
