- Red Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves – 3 teaspoon
- Chat Masala – 1 teaspoon

Cooking Instructions
- Boil the sweet corns until they become soft. Drain the water and set aside.
- Sprinkle the corn flour over the boiled corns. Toss until all corns are coated evenly. Here’s a tip: Corn flour gives us the crispy texture.
- Heat the oil in a pan, deep fry the corns until they turn golden and crispy. Drain excess oil using a paper towel.
