Chocolate Donuts

Chocolate donuts are a popular sweet delicacy made from a doughnut-shaped pastry that is often glazed or iced in chocolate. They can also be chocolate-filled or have chocolate chips or bits in the dough. They are commonly regarded as a comfort food and may be purchased at bakeries, doughnut shops, and even certain fast-food restaurants and supermarkets in ready-to-eat or frozen form. Chocolate donuts are a decadent and delicious delicacy that may be eaten at any time of day. They are a popular breakfast, noon snack, and dessert option. They can be served simple or with a variety of toppings, such as sprinkles, almonds, or chocolate drizzles. They are frequently accompanied by a cup of coffee or a glass of milk. They may also be used as the foundation for other delicacies, like chocolate donut sundaes or chocolate donut ice cream sandwiches. They are a flexible delicacy that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, making them a popular choice for any chocolate enthusiast.


  1. All Purpose Flour/Maida – 4 Cup
  2. Yeast/Baking Powder: – 1 tsp.
  3. Warm Milk: – ½ Cup
  4. White Sugar – ½ tsp.
  5. Pinch of Salt
  6. Chocolate (Dark/White) – 1 Cup
  7. Sprinkles (optional): 2 tbsp.
  8. White Sugar Powder – 1 Cup

Cooking Instructions

  1. For making donuts, we will take a big bowl. Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to it, along with 1 teaspoon of yeast or baking powder. Mix this mixture well.
  2. Now, take half a cup of lukewarm milk and add half a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt to it. Mix this mixture of milk with all-purpose flour and knead it.
  3. Now cover the kneaded dough with a plate and keep it for 1 hour. In the summer, our dough has risen within half an hour. If the weather is cold, then we will keep it for an hour.
  4. After 1 hour, our dough has risen well. Now we will make a 3-inch circular ball out of it. Make a round hole in the middle of the dough with your finger and keep it on a plate.
  5. If you are not able to pierce well with your finger. So, you can also pierce the bottle with the cap.
  6. Now we have to put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, we have to lift the donuts lightly and leave them in the oil.
  7. Keep in mind that after the oil is hot, we have to reduce the flame. Donuts will not swell well and will get burned due to frying on a high flame.
  8. We have to fry the donuts until they are golden brown on both sides. when the colour of the donuts will turn golden. Then we will take it out on a plate.
  9. Now we will sprinkle the sugar powder well over the donuts. After that, we will melt the chocolate. And take out the donuts half-dipped in chocolate and put them on a plate.
  10. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the chocolate donuts. Our delicious donuts are ready.
