Dumplings
Simple and nutritious snack recipe derived from traditional Nepali cuisine. It’s basically plain flour dumplings steamed with cabbage, capsicum, soya chunks and onion stuffing. Northern India has adopted it as a popular street food. These are also referred to as Dim Sum. At the stalls, you’ll find a wide variety of momos. Except for the shaping, it is very simple to make at home. It is not difficult to shape them, but it takes some time and practice to shape them perfectly.
