Masala French Fries

Ingredients

  1. All purpose flour/corn flour – 1/2 cup
  2. Potatoes – 4
  3. Salt – according to your taste
  4. Maggie Masala ae Magic – 1 pack

Cooking Instructions

  1. First, take 4 potatoes of the same size and wash and peel them well. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into half-inch circular pieces and set them aside.
  2. Next, take a piece of potato and cut it straight across in length to create a finger-shaped piece.
  3. Place the chopped potato fingers in a bowl and sprinkle all-purpose flour or corn flour on top, along with a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  4. Heat a pan and add about 250 grams of oil. When the oil is hot, place the potato fingers in the pan one by one, reducing the flame to a minimum.
  5. Stir the potatoes gently for a while. When their colour becomes light golden, remove them from the pan.
  6. Sprinkle Maggi Masala ae Magic over the hot french fries and serve with tomato sauce.
  7. Enjoy your hot and tasty French fries!
